What is Beyond the Bedroom
Beyond the Bedroom is an exciting one of a kind annual event that dares to explore what is possible for women and men in their sexuality and in their relationships. The goal of Beyond the Bedroom is to provide a safe venue for people to learn, explore and find answers that improve relationships and help people gain insight into human sexual nature. Beyond the Bedroom will offer an array of lecture and workshops on a variety of topics such as deepening intimacy, expanding communication in relationships and discovering new ways to embrace sensuality and sex. This year will expand to a three day event weekend featuring top national relationship and sexuality experts.
We understand that many people have developed relationship skills and are knowledgeable about sex. Our workshops are designed to improve relationships and sexuality by taking love, romance and sex to a deeper level of mastery. Our goal is to allow curiosity, exploration and inspire discussion; all in a safe container for both men and women to experience what is possible. We feel there is a real need for integrity and frank honest discourse on sexuality and human relations.
Beyond the Bedroom drew over 160 attendees in our first year with a one day Sunday event. The expanded format allows us to market beyond Colorado to a national audience. Taking direction from the feedback of past attendees we have designed a full weekend program addressing the needs of our attendees. The weekend will include a keynote presentation, reception with entertainment, workshops and lectures to appeal to a broad audience. Based on feedback and programming we anticipate three to five hundred attendees for Beyond the Bedroom2012.
How we will be using the money
Sponsorship money will be used primarily for marketing to attract as many people as possible.
Beyond the Bedroom has become an annual event in the Denver area, we have combined the aspects of relationships with sexuality which hasn’t been done in this way before. We are creating an environment that is appealing and safe to as large an audience as possible designed to help women and couples explore and ultimately make existing relationships better and reducing divorce. In order to have the maximum reach we are looking to advertise in the most cost effective, yet far reaching way possible through social networking, local weekly magazines, and other sources. Much or our advertising efforts will be through existing email lists and other less expensive sources.
Sponsorship Levels
We have a number of opportunities to participate with Beyond the Bedroom through sponsorships. Imagine walking into an event with 500 people in attendance and your logo is on a banner that attendees can’t miss as they walk into the vendor area, or everyone is picking up their attractive shirt that has your logo on it which automatically associates your organization as one of the key players in an event that is sex positive and helping so many people in the world. That image will be with these people for a long time and they will come to you when it is time for the to make a purchase decision.
Maybe your organization becomes the sponsor of our lunch and the attendees now know that you have made an event that more comfortable for them and showing them how much you care.
