Elizabeth Wood is an experienced Sex Therapist and relationship expert promoting sexual health, education and awareness since 1998. As a Licensed Social Worker, Elizabeth has helped countless women and couples develop greater levels of connectivity in their relationships and achieve more satisfying and stimulating levels of intimacy.
Her passionate commitment to helping women inspired the creation of SensualU where that passion was channeled into unique services offered to women of all ages. Elizabeth has studied with many Tantra Masters and is becoming a Certified Tantra Educator through the School of Source Tantra founded by Charles Muir. In addition, she has had extensive training in OneTaste’s signature practice of OM (Orgasmic Meditation). Elizabeth is delighted to share these practices with women who desire to more fully live their Orgasm.

No, it doesn’t always look like incest or rape and it doesn’t mean you are broken. Just like our muscles occasionally need to be massaged so to does our sexuality (and not just through sex or masturbation). Learn in this workshop how to move stuck energy and increase your capacity for ecstatic loving.
